- Yes, Pure Health Direct ships to most destinations. For more information please see Pure Health Direct's Shipping Information
- How do I check on an order I have placed?
- If you are a Pure Health Direct Member, you may check the status of your order online. For questions regarding the status of your order or if you are not a Registered Member, you may contact our Customer Service Representatives using one of the methods listed on this page to contact us. For fastest service, please provide your order number when making inquiries.
- How can I pay for my order?
- At Pure Health Direct you can place your order online, by telephone, or by fax. Payment options include Visa or MasterCard credit cards and direct debit/bank transfer.
We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. Partial orders are billed as each item is shipped however, all shipping and handling fees will be billed when first item ships.
If you pay by direct debit or bank transfer we ship your order when payment is desposited in our account. Pure Health Direct's bank account details are on your order confirmation email.
